• The Fabric: Available in two distinct characters woven in Okayama:

  • 10oz Military Denim (2x1): A new, robust weave with a crisp hand.

  • 9oz Nep Denim (2x1): Featuring a textured, vintage-inspired surface.

• The Craft: Hand Made to Order by Takayuki Echigoya in Japan.

• The Machinery: Constructed on vintage Singer and Union Special machines, bridging military durability with artisanal precision.

• Details:

  • Unique Construction: 5-pocket jeans-style assembly (inseam, side seam, waistband, and belt loops).

  • Authentic Selvedge: The selvedge is positioned along the side seam, a hallmark of BBM’s tailored approach to military silhouettes.

  • Hardware: Steel Leaf Tack buttons, designed to age and patina over time.

• Care & Characteristics:

  • Minimal Shrinkage: Approx. 3% (vertical) and 2% (horizontal) after the first wash.

  • 100% Cotton / Machine washable.

  • Note: Indigo may transfer to lighter surfaces due to its natural characteristics.
